I remember when The X-Files movie came out in 1998 and it was called. . . well, The X-Files movie. Ten years later, there is another movie based on the formerly popular television series, The X-Files: I Want to Believe, so the original movie is now being called The X-Files: Fight the Future. Or maybe it was always called that and I just didn’t know it. The point is, the original The X-Files movie is now available on Blu-Ray for the first time.

The Blu-Ray for The X-Files: Fight the Future is scheduled to be released December 2nd the same day as the DVD and Blu-Ray for The X Files: I Want to Believe. That means if you are one of the 12 remaining living fans of The X-Files and you own a Blu-Ray player, you are going to have one Merry Christmas.

The plot of The X-Files: Fight the Future involves agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigating a conspiracy that may involve a deadly virus from outer space. That sounds pretty darn scary, but not half as scary as seeing it all in beautiful high definition with a boatload of extras. You can see a list of the Blu-Ray extras below along with the cover art. t alinduu... ytinen hartas cositas wenas... uuta hubiera salido antes... para k me lo firmaran chris y frank... bueno pero si me lo llevo a comprar, no perdere la esperanza de k me lo firmen davis y gillian..

No creo que esa sea la caratula final del disco...
No me gustó para nada...

Prefiero la caratula roja, tal como en el DVD...

Acabo de adquirir las dos películas en Blu-ray, y la verdad es que la escena del beso no es la gran cosa.
Eso sí, en los bloopers también viene esa escena, que sale muy graciosa, ya que el beso que se dan ahí es completamente de broma.

Olvide un detalle a comentar: al ver la película (FTF) en Blu-ray quedé muy impresionado con la pista de audio en inglés que trae, en un potente DTS HD. Asombrosa pista de sonido, realmente.

y es increible los detalles ke no se ven viendo un dvd jajaja, cosas como el maqillaje de Scully!!! se le ven toala la fallas jaja, la textura de la ropa! wau fue inpresionante ver eso. Al comprarlas yo pense que no seria la gran diferencia, pero pude comprobar que de hecho la calidad de imagende un Blu ray es mucho mejor, lo que en el caso de FTF vae n desmedro de algunas partes de al peli. En el caso de IWTB no es mucho la diferencia jaja
